Great view, rubbish food (Sydney Tower Restaurants)

I went to the buffet restaurant up sydney tower on my last night of the activity week ozintro. The meal and entry was included in my week so Im not sure of the cost to eat here.

When you get there you have to go up a series of lifts to get to the top, this takes quite a while if theres a queue or a big group of you.

The restaurant itself has a range of buffet food, theres things like kangeroo and beef steak, seafood, salads, pastas and accompaniaments for these dishes.

I thought there wasnt that much choice, especially for vegetarians, I just filled up on the pasta and salad. The pasta was cold, when it in my opinion should have been warm as they kept replacing the tray often.

There are staff wandering around but they are mainly there to bring you water and take your plate away, as you have to buy drinks at the bar yourself. We got one free drink so I just went and got that as I didnt want to spend any money there.

The restaurant revolves around, and you do get a great view, as we were sitting on an outer table. If you go at night its best as all the lights make it look very pretty. Only trouble is that the opera house is behind 2 skyscrapers so you cant see it.

I wouldnt go there again, but the view was amazing and it was a good night apart from the food.
