I went to the buffet restaurant up sydney tower on my last night of the activity week ozintro. The meal and entry was included in my week so Im not sure of the cost to eat here. Don't bother. All you can eat with views over Sydney? Well the views are there but you will have other diners in your way. As for the food, it's terrible, you're lucky if your whole meal is the equivalent of an entree in better restaurants.
