Last year we used to commute alot to Bournemouth to see my husband's family. With three of us there always seemed to be a good bit of luggage, epecially with a daughter who wanted to take practically every toy she owned. Keeping this in mind, I went to my local JD Sports to find a rucksack big enough to fit more bits and pieces in and hopefully reduce the amount of luggage we had with us as commuting to Waterloo laden down with load of luggage on the tube is not particularly fun!
I found this rucksack and I liked it instantly. It reminded me of my Reebok rucksack which after much use tore at the seams though granted it did take a fair bit of abuse! I was always cramming stuff into it when it was quite clear it was at its capacity! The pink colour of the rucksack is very girly and pink. it is nice a vibrant - a nice mix of hot pink and pastel pink. Mine did not come with the pencil case though.
I found there to be alot of room in the rucksack. I managed to get a good amount of folded clothing, make up bag, GHDs and some snacks for the train in there without it making a crease in the material. I am sure I could have fitted more into it if I had tried. There is also a zip pocket on the front for the smaller bits to go in. I use this for my iPod, antibacterial handwash, tissues, batteries anything really! The rucksack also has really wide shoulder straps on which were absolutely brilliant for distributing the weight of the rucksack evenly. It made carrying it on my back so much more easier and I barely realised I had it on my back. Usually rucksacks put alot of strain on my neck but this one never caused that.
A year later and I still have the rucksack. I am pleased to say it has lasted really well. It hasn't torn like my Reebok one did and it looks as though there is plenty of life in it for a while to come yet. The rucksack is really good quality and it was a great buy.
