This vinegar comes in a 250ml bottle and is made from organically grown grapes. Allergy advice is that it may contain traces of nuts/seeds but the ingredient list is just wine vinegar, grape must and caramalised burnt sugar. It is produced in Italy, so the real deal.

I was looking for a balsamic vinegar - yeah, I know, Asda probably wasn't the best place to head off to - and chose this one from the three options they had because it was cheapest at £1.64. As it's something I haven't bought before, I had no other way to compare the different types, that's why I just got the cheapest. I was a balsamic vinegar virgin until a couple of weeks ago. I'd assumed it was just some poncy vinegary stuff and had avoided it until my son cooked dinner for me one night at his house.
