I love this Asda Smart Price Tomato soup! At my local Asda it is 23p, 17p when it's on offer and I think that is great value! I honestly can't tell the difference between this and Heinz.

It is thick, creamy tomato soup, and has a very nice flavour. The can it comes in is a plain can with no ring-pull (unlike more expensive soups) and that is the one downside I'd give it, because I have to take a tin opener to work when I have this for my dinner. However, for the difference in price that wouldn't make me buy a more expensive brand.

I also think it cooks slightly better in a microwave than more expensive tomato soups I've tried. I don't seem to get a thick rim around the bowl like I do with other ones, whether this is because it's a little bit thinner I'm not sure.

I don't think you can go wrong for the price it is!
