I was shopping in Pondstretcher earlier in the week, looking for a duvet cover. They didn't have what I wanted and so I moved to the aisle that sells food to see if their were any bargains that I could fill my basket with. Of course, I managed to find a few items, includindg a couple of tins of Baxter's soups for the bargain (or so I thought!) price of fifty four pence. The usual price, as stated on the tin, is eighty nine pence. One of the flavours I chose was a cream of mushroom soup, from Baxter's 'favourites' range. Baxters French Onion - Lovely tasting, low in fat and it is what it says it is! Doesn't look amazing and stinks when it lol (oh well though lol)
Baxters Cream of Tomato Soup - inexpensive, simple, last for ages my son has something against it
Baxters Lentil & Bacon - Very filling at a remarkably low 216 calories for the whole tin. A little bland in flavour.
