Bisto is the nation's favourite gravy which makes a meal a success. It has a smooth texture that creates the perfect gravy which can be pour in our favourite meal. It's very useful and can also be add as an ingredient in casserole, stews or stir fries. The granules can be stir in to any dish during cooking for a delicious meaty taste.

It comes in a cardboard tub and the packaging depends on a variety that you choose. As for me, I usually use Bisto Gravy Granules and this comes in a red tub with dark red lid.

Put 4 heaped 5ml spoons of granules into a measuring jug. Make up to 280ml (1/2 pint) with boiling water, stirring all the time. For extra thick gravy, just add more granules.

OPINION
Eversince I used Bisto gravy granules, I always been successful with the mixture I preferred. I always remember the basic things to ensure that it is the correct thickness and it's not lumpy. The good thing about granules, is the way you can control how thick or thin your gravy is. The amount of water and granules that you use will enable you to vary it. We all have different preferences, some people like their gravy to be thick and hearty and others don't. So It's not really a hardwork to adjust the mixture that you want.
TASTE
The gravy is quite beefy and not overpowering. In fact, it is actually pleasantly subtle, so can quite easily accompany with any meal.

I'm impressed with Bisto Gravy Granules and I highly recommend it. A lot easier to work with compared to traditional gravy powders. I always make sure that I have a pot of Bisto in the kitchen cupboard because it is great for different meals. It goes with any meal like pies, toad in the hole, sausage and mash, cottage/shepherds pie, chips, bread and many more. Definitely a VERSATILE tub for a much more tastier meal! And that's what I called Visto! oh I mean Bisto!
