If you aren't familiar with relish it is defined as a cooked or pickled chopped vegetable or fruit food item which is typically used as a condiment. The vegetables are often finely chopped and is not smooth like ketchup might be.
This relish was very finely chopped and the sauce accompanying it was a bit watery for my liking. Generally I like relish to be a bit chunkier but that did not put me off.

I had a barbeque a few weeks ago and also one this last weekend (I know, crazy you say as it's not even summer time but thankfully it did not rain!) and being half American am a sucker for relish on my burgers so I set out to Sainsburys to see if they even sold any. The first and only relish in a bottle I came accross was the Crosse and Blackweel Branston Relish - Gherkin flavour. It came in a jar as above or in a squeezy bottle (this makes applying to your burger very eay) so I decided to give the squeezy bottle a try.
