--KNORR AROMAT--

I don't like salt! In fact I really can't stand it. There is something about its strong nasty flavour that I just cannot abide. However, I do want my day to day food to have some flavouring. I do not add household salt to my cooking or use at any other time. I have used sea salt and rock salt in the past but it still has that nasty 'tang' to it. So when I discovered this great little product I was more than delighted.-
I had been using Knorrs chicken stock bouillon cubes for quite a while. They are excellent and are really good in stews and soups. Knorr are a well established company who make great products. In business since 1938, the Company were fore runners in the preserving and drying of vegetables and seasonings to capture their fresh nutritional properties. -
--AROMAT--
Aromat is a delicious all purpose savoury seasoning and it compliments food brilliantly. It is easily recognisable by its bright yellow small can with red flip-top lid. It is the same shape and size as a normal container of pepper or herb. Pictured upon the front are the types of foods that Knorr Aromat will bring out the best in. There is a large bowl of salad, a tureen of soup and a plate of cheese on toast. In fact I would say Aromat is delicious upon any food and really adds and enhances the flavour. The name Aromat is written in large white writing within a green section. The weight is 90g and storage is best in a cool, dry place. Replacement packets can be bought as refill for this 90g container and they come in handy 50g packets.-

What Aromat actually consists of are a finely balanced selection of herbs and spices. Carefully chosen to bring out the best in your food; It is recommended that you use the Aromat in the same way that you would use salt and that is exactly what I do. I add it to my vegetables whist steaming or boiling and I use it as a condiment on the table. The flavour is absolutely lovely and food is just not the same without it, for me. I hate it when I run out of Aromat and usually buy two at a time so that this doesn't happen. The flavour is finely balanced and contains celery, garlic and onion salt amongst other things. I find table salt has a horrible metal flavour to it and I can sense it is doing me no good at all. I just cannot or do not want to use it and find Aromat more than compensates as a need for food enhancement. The aroma of Aromat is divine. It is really lively with a fantastic concoction of great herbs and derivatives. The smell of Aromat is fantastic and certainly gets the taste buds going. The container is metal and the flip-up lid seals tightly to retain the freshness of this product.-

Vegetable Oil - Spice Extracts with Celery - Mushroom Extract - Herbs - Garlic Powder - Onion Powder - Yeast Extract - Salt - Flavour Enhancer - Lactose (from milk) - Wheat Starch -

Knorr Aromat is a brilliant additive to aid food in bringing out its flavouring. The flavour is absolutely gorgeous. It has just the right balance of herbs and flavourings to it, to really compliment the food; any food; and I use it all the time in cooking and on food that I serve up. This is my alternative to salt and the flavour is a million times better. Try it for yourself and you will see what I mean. The herbs and spices are all natural and captured at their peak of freshness which helps give the Aromat quite an exquisite flavour. Just a small amount suffices and it doesn't leave that thirsty feeling in the throat that salt does. Definitely recommended as a great and far better alternative as a flavour enhancer to food, than harmful salt! -
