... so I took a closer look to see if they'd brought it back. They hadn't, but I was pleased to see they had a new White Balsamic and Raspberry Dressing available.
It didn't disappoint & is as good as anything I've tasted whilst on holiday. It's very light & has a wonderfully fresh raspberry taste which livens up any salad.
Would be perfect for serving at a summer barbeque.

Salads can be a bit boring and tasteless, so it's always nice to pour on some vinaigrette and add a bit of flavour. Being quite a fussy eater I normally just stick to balsamic vinaigrette. But on a couple of trips to America I've had delicious raspberry vinaigrettes. Up until recently I hadn't been able to find anything similar in this country.
