Advantages: Really delicious, only takes five minutes, pasta a lovely addition, no too many calories

Disadvantages: Expensive compared to other cuppa soups, only comes in individual pouches (not boxes)

This is one of the more expensive Supermarket brand cuppa soups/soup in a mugs. It is around 60p for a 38g sachet, which is plenty for a nice mug of soup.

It contains 'tomato and vegetable with pasta' which is really enjoyable. It is thick and creamy and really tastes like tomato soup unlike some other brands I have tried. The packet says to leave for 5 minutes which really does seem like an ample amount of time for it - the vegetables become soft and the pasta becomes delicious and tender.

In packet it doesn't look too appetising, with big pieces of sweetcorn floating around in a powder. It contains 'Dried Vegetables (1.3%); carrot, sweetcorn and courgette' - they are definitely there, but once ready to drink/eat they look a lot more appealing and taste delicious.

It does have to be stirred well - just like any cuppa soup - otherwise you end up with big clumps of powdery soup at the bottom - not nice! Otherwise it is really enjoyable. The flavour isn't powdery at all and you can't really tell it's been made from a sachet.

I really enjoy this and actually look forward to it! It only takes 5 minutes to be ready and then it's delicious!

Per sache as prepared, it contains 136 calories, 4g or protein, 25.1g of carbohydrates (6.3g of which sugars), 2.3g of fat (1.4 of which saturates), 1.2g of fibre, 0.7g of sodium and 1.8g salt equivalent. It is also vegetarian.

Summary: Yum :)
