      Yummy!

The other night me and my mate fancied a sweet treat. Having no money though and it being rather late at night though left us in rather a pickle. Staying at her house at the moment though we decided to go root though the fridge/freezer and cupboards and to see what we could rustle up! My mate decided to make pancakes and me, I was busy trying to hunt for some sort of syrup. I got annoyed that all we had was maple syrup (which I don't like) when at the back of the fridge I spotted a bottle of this. Yummy I though she can eat that crappy maple and I'll cane this! The Packaging: 320g Glass jar with a light cream and light blue label around it's middle and a gold screw on/off lid/cap to the top of it. On the front of the jar I am told that it is Sainsbury's Chocolate Sauce 'A luxury rich smooth accompaniment for ice cream and desserts, made with Belgian Chocolate' and that it is suitable for Vegetarians and the size is stated (as I've listed already'. On the back of the bottle other information given includes serving suggestions, nutritional information, ingredients and allergy advice is given along with being told to keep it refrigerated and advised that it is Gluten free and contact details for Sainsbury's are listed to. Nice enough bottle, informative enough and cos it has a tapered neck to the bottle it's easy to handle too. The Chocolate Sauce: Absolutely divine I can't get enough of this offering! It's simply delicious! We found this to pour out a rich dark and smooth dark brown chocolate sauce with ease though it does say on the back of the bottle that if it doesn't pour pour out to easily to emerge the unopened bottle in some hot water to make the consistency more runny! It is distinctively chocolate, rather sweet but in a natural way and great on hot and cold foods as it holds itself well and doesn't become too runny at all! Deliciously sweet and smooth, this is lacking a milkiness to it but then it doesn't say on it that it is a milk chocolate sauce so we assume it is dark and it certainly appears and tastes that way!. Enriches food, is a sweet chocolate fix and now is a staple in our fridge for future emergencies!
