Ever since Christmas and the usual 100 pound turkey arriving for 3 people I have gone turkey mad! I love turkey and since having some at Christmas I now take any opportunity to stuff some since (pardon the pun lol). However I only like turkey in a roast dinner or with salad/sandwiches. I have made a couple of roasts with turkey recently but I have to admit that although I can cook up everything required for a nice roast dinner I'm absolutely terrible at making gravy which is why when I saw this in Sainsbury's priced at 66p a packet I decided I really should try it out!
