 ... in an oriental sort of writing. It is described too as 'sweet and fruity' and they suggest it is for glazing and dipping. It is great for glazing things such as duck but it goes well with a lot of other things too such as beef and even chicken. The sauce is a sort of brown colour and in all honesty, it doesn't LOOK very appetizing but it certainly is delicious! It has quite a thick texture and pours out the glass bottle quite easily. Sharwoods Plum Sauce is an excellent condiment and sauce for many meals of certain types such as Thai, Indian and Chinese. It has a very sweet taste and although it's quite high in sugars, it's not exactly that unhealthy to eat every now and then. It has a fabulous flavour and texture so is ideal for dipping, topping and more. It comes in a 310g glass bottle for around £1.99 and it can be bought at certain supermarkets such as Tesco and Sainsburys but it's more limited than other sauces and condiments.
