I have been dying to try out a new flavour in my cooking. I am interested in Thai food, Indian food and chinese. I am actually a pretty good cook, and can now make almost make absolutely anything. My cooking has improved over the years. I started off with the basics and slowly moved into the more complicated stuff. I love curries but the ones I make always seem to taste the same.
