When it comes to a salad I'm really not a fan of the stuff to be totally honest with you. I find it too plain for my taste buds really, though of course I do try to eat vegetables and stuff as much as I can to try stay fit healthy and slim! So lately I have been trying to eat alto more healthily and I suddenly had a brain wave and though I needed some interesting but still low fat and healthy dressings and sauces and so when I spotted this picked it up and decided to buy it!
