Advantages: Good for the waist line

Disadvantages: none i can think of

I normally avoid over priced foods because they are specifically for diets but when i saw WeightWatchers Tikka Masala Sauce with coriander on offer in Asda, i thought i would give it a go.

Although i like spicy foods, where curry is concerned i do like a lighter flavour and i am not the biggest lover of Indian Food. However, this sauce suprised me. It is packed with taste and flavours and is very low fat so it suits me!

The sauce comes in a 350g jar and the label says it is a medium strength tangy Masala sauce. I found it quite mild and great tasting. The sauce has a mix of spices blended with yogurt and cream and coriander.

Half a jar contains 2 points on the Weight Watchers diet and 0.7g saturated fat, 123 calories per half jar.

The sauce can be eaten with all descriptions of foods, including Chicken, Beef, Prawns, Pork or with vegetables if you want the veggie option, as it is suitable for vegetarians.

The sauce can be added to a stir fry or can be added to the meat or vegetables and cooked in the oven. Just delicious and filling!

Summary: Delicious and low fat sauce.
