Canon Canoscan 8800F:
... the scanner and software, it includes a trio of plastic adaptors. One is for 35mm filmstrips, one is for 35mm mounted slides and one is for medium-format film. Film takes longer to scan for obvious reasons, but my Media teacher told me that he was impressed with just how fast it could go compared to the old scanner. The white LED reaches peak really quick and is almost ready to use instantly.

HP Scanjet 8300 ... around A4 size. HP includes film holders which will hold 3 strips, 6 frames of a 35mm film. The holders can be placed in the base of the scanner for storage. The ScanJet 8300 is supplied with HP's own photosmart software. I wasn't impressed with the scan pro scanning. It has basic setting which you can't adjust to they way you want. But the SilverFast AI scanning software is much better and more professional, though the dust remover software is not good at all. Epson Perfection V200 Photo ... of 35mm mounted slides. I found the Scan-to-email button for sending an email message with image attached really useful especially as I have a lot of family in New Zeland I can send them photos without any delay. The scanner also has a Scan-to-PDF button for saving images in PDF format this is great for people who usually save things in PDF anyway. Apperance The scanner is carefully designed to impress anyone with it's slim black casing standing at a small size of 57mm. Epson Perfection V500 Photo ... each frame you have choose to scan are all then scanned as seperate images.Single frames take less than a minute to scan.The higher the resolution is for example 6.400 dpi the more longer it would take to scan about 4 minutes at times.The higher resolution scans had great colour to them and the scans were really impressive. Overall The Scanners not a cheap one it is about 190 pounds in normal shops and off Internet sites to.I would recommend buying this only if you like to scan negatives if not do not buy it theres no need for it its just like a normal scanner in its document and photo scanning wise.There are a lot of good options although with the photo editing and ...
