When I first heard about the C-pen, I was VERY sceptical. "Handheld OCR with infra-red transfer to PC or PDA? I don't think so!" I was wrong. This little thing actually works - reliably - and costs £150! A similar shape and size to a highlighter pen, the C-Pen feels natural to hold and use. Its basic function is to scan & OCR printed text.
