I ordered this scanner on the internet and having been unable to examine it in any retail outlet . I had read good reviews on it and given it was a Canon product was relatively inexpensive and would scan slides it was ordered. Sadly while it certainly is very fast and produces excellent scanning results on documents and photographs its a whole different matter when it comes to the slide magazine :- 1) this will not accomodate AGFA plastic slide mounts as they are slightly thicker than Kodak carboard ones or other companies plastic mounts and like many people I have a large stack of AGFA slides all taken over the last 40 years that i wanted to scan ...  Read the complete review
