My previous scanner (Agfa SnapScan) would not operate on my new Windows XP Pro system. I needed a replacement that was inexpensive, simple to use and efficient. This is the first scanner that i have brought, purchased through work from Misco for just over £40.It looks stylish and looks like a more expensive model. It has a resolution of 1200dpi by 2400dpi.It is so easy to use as it only has three buttons on it for copy, scan and email so you don't have to be a brain surgeon to use it. It has your usual usb port but no other slots. Also scans books very well too i was surprised when i tried it.Just make sure that you keep anything flat on it otherwise it's not as good. All in all i was more than happy with my purchase and would'nt hesitate in recommending to anybody for this price. One more thing it's qiute compact too ...
