I work for Epson, and these scanners are excellent. this may sound like a biased view but upon trying to install and use these scanners at work, being a senior member of the scanner department at Epson, it appears on the face of it to be a extremely impressive scanner. A lot of people have problems with installations of scanners but this one installs with ease and most people are happy with the support we provide for these pieces of hardware. All in all, although it may be a biased, our scanners are truly good products and good top quality gear!
