Want a scanner to scan photos to high standard and perfection, the Epson Perfection is the way to go

The Epson Perfection is a flatbed scanner that sits beside my printer on my computer desk. The photos have I have scanned and printed out are really of top quality. No lines, fades, marks or shadows. The processing and scanning quality is really top notch.

It is simple and easy to use. Instalation doesn't take long and is quick. The Epson Perfection has a high speed USB cable that plugs straight into the USB socket on your laptop/computer and normally reads that you've plugged in the scanner almost instantly.

Now I've had Epsons in the past and most of them have been noisy and yes, this one is too. It is only noisy when processing and scanning pictures and soon settles down.

Speed wise, it is faster than most scanners I've used in the past. To scan an A4 sized detailed piece of paper can take less than thirty seconds, although some days it can take longer, it just depends. It is very reliable. Not had a hissy fit and not wanted to scan something, it always delivers.

The black colour suits it well. It goes well with the other items in my room. It has a nice glossy finish that does attract the dust. It is also a finger print magnet, so try not to touch it that much, although it is hard, as whenever I lift the lid up to put something into scan, it always leaves finger marks.
