The JS 21 provides precise color reproduction due to 36 bits depth of shade, 12 bits gray scale and 1 bit black / white with 4.096 gray tones ensured. The scanner produces the average speed of 9 ms per line being able to process 35 mm films with six pictures or 4 slides without interruption. The JS 21 is very economical consuming 12 W in the stand-by mode and 20 W in the work mode.
