In addition, the large scan bed allows for batch scanning of up to ten 3.5" x 5" photos on the bed at one time.

The ScanMaker 6400XL is ready for the Windows or Macintosh operating systems right out of the box. An Adaptec PCI SCSI card is included that works on Windows, as well as with the new Apple G3-series Power Macintosh. A Transparent Media Adapter is available as an optional accessory.
