Advantages: Solid, reliable and good specs scanner

Disadvantages: Experimental XP drivers only, not recognised on Mac

Solid, reliable and good specs scanner for the price. A little chuncky but reasonnably quick and quiet.
USB connection only, comes with its own cable (worth £10!) and AC adpater.
I had it for 4 years without a glitch! Works a treat with PaintShopPro, Photoshop and so on on PC, especially Win95, 98, Me, 2000.
On XP it can work as well but the drivers are not supported and quite fiddly to install. (I don't have XP so cannot give more details.)
Unfortunately not recognised on Mac OS X.

Summary: Solid, reliable and good specs scanner. Avoid if using MacOSX
