Bridgwater College is located in Somerset, with its main campus in Bridgwater, 5 minutes away from junction 23 of the M5. The land-based campus is in the village of Cannington. I am a student currently studying a BTEC National Dipoma in Electroics and Computer Engineering. After having a crap year at A levels I decided to move to Bridgwater college to change the direction of my study. I was welcomed much better than Filton and Weston college and this made a huge difference as the people were much more willing to help me. The college itself is situated on the North West of Bridgwater and does not have the best surrounding areas with probably one of the worst council estates right next to it and a cellophane factory only minutes away.
