Stratford college is located along side the main high street (the Alcester road) in Stratford - upon - Avon. Access is very easy, the railway station is very close by (just the other side of the road in fact), and it is a short 5 min walk from the main town centre. As well as the Birmingham - Stratford X20 stopping just outside it.
The staff at the college are very helpful and friendly (the ones i met) and will show you where to go if you get lost. On site are 3 cafes; two of them are your everyday ones and the third serves hot food at lunch and break, prepared by the cookery students. If that doesn't take your fancy then the main high street is very close by, or the option of Morrison's just over the road. So you will never go hungry.
The college library can also be used by students. It has a variety of books and resources relative to every course, as well as lending out computers and laptops.
I studied Public Services, a course that gives you an insight to what its like to work in the armed forces and the emergancy services. As well as looking at social and physical aspects of the employment. If you are thinking of doing the course, I say go for it . The public Service course all assesment, meaning that there are no tests! I think thats why i liked it so much.
There are a variety of subjects to choose from and I am 100% sure that no matter what course you choose, if you do it at Stratford upon avon collage, it will be good.
