I went in to barnardos today after moving house at the weekend and due to the fact I can't really afford top notch things i decided to go in to see if I could find a few things. The store (in Sunderland) is on two floors and with the outdoors being bright green it is quite difficult not to miss. Unlike other charity shops in the area which only sold clothes this focused mainly on household furniture. Below is a review of my local Barnardo's in St. Helens that I wrote originally on another site called qype: Barnardo's is perhaps the most famous of the charity shops in the town. Instantly recognisable because of its logo and green front to the shop, here youou can buy a load of second hand stuff. It is better arranged than other charity shops and has a better choice of second hand goods on offer. These range from shoes and clothes through to musical instruments or cd's/dvd's. If I asked you which Country had the highest rate of child poverty in the EU,you would probably be thinking along the same lines as Me,maybe Euthopia or Rumania.
