I've recently finished a bodychef home delivery diet plan and I've got to say it's been nothing short of a revelation! The food tastes like something your mum would cook for you and it arrived twice a week for the 6 weeks I was using it. All in all it helped me lose just over a stone in my first month and a total of nearly 1 and a half stone over 6 weeks. I can't complain about anything really, it's not the cheapest home delivery diet but after trying them all I can see that's for good enough reason.
