Not a good as the market leader (Moonpig)
Ordered a card on Saturday for a Tuesday birthday, it arrived on the Thursday.
I see now, they work on a 5-day delivery, but with the Moonpig, the card comes the next day. I didn't notice this when I ordered from Bonusprint, I just assumed the delivery would be similar.
Their customer care just said when I complained "check it with your local sorting office"
Lost my business

I first tried Bonusprint last year after being a dedicated user of snapfish. I was inclined to try another company as I was printing so many pictures of my little girls. The best bits of bonusprint are that they always have offers on. In the year that they have emailed me offers, I have been given the chance to save on gifts, ... Read the complete review

Having received a promotional code to get an A5 photobook for just P&P of £2.50 I decided it was worth giving Bonusprint a chance. I remember them being about when I was a kid and my Mum used to send our holiday pictures away in the paper envelopes as it was cheap. Well they are still cheap. But now they do cheap ... Bonus Print is a website (www.bonusprint.co.uk) that allows people to attach photos to different medium. By this I mean the ability to produce photos cards, mugs, t shirts and coasters among other things. The site is very similar to another site, that perhaps people may know about, which is Moon Pig. So far the only type of product that ... Read the complete review

Absolute shambles! the software is OK but does not give you a comprehensive email of your order so when you have discrepancies, as I have now, you have nothing to back up your issue. I am told there is noway that their software or their company could have got my order wrong and therefore I am left with substandard prints in the wrong sizes and completely wrong finish.
Their customer service centre seems to be run by one lady and she is far from competent with little or no authority to do anything.
I am awaiting escalation to a line manger as I require refund or replacement - neither of which she seems willing to give for their mistake! I will wait for a while then call it money lost and uninstall their software forever - I have no qulams in advising everyone to shop elsewhere for prints!

I was introduced to Bonusprint a few years ago by my friend, after I must have been complaining about having to take my memory card into Boots to get my pics developed and then go back to collect my pics... you know the drill. So she suggested I upload them online and they'll just get delivered to your door, so of course I gave it a ... Read the complete review

Please please please don't use bonusprint they are so unreliable. I used them last year to get photogifts for Christmas and they failed to deliver until the new year. They appologised and told me it was a one off. Mad fool that I am I believed them and used them for photo colandars this year. Despite ordering on 23rd Nov with a promised 10 days delivery I still don't have my goods on 24th Dec a whole month later ! Yes I know it was my own fault for using them when they let me down so badly last year but I don't want others to be as disappointed as I am am or to have to go shopping on Christmas eve.

I have used Bonusprint for many years - cheap and cheerful and not too bad quality. However I will not be using them again. I uploaded a photocalendar without noticing that the date starting with January was actually for the year before. Yep I didn't notice it - but they claimed it was new software and when I complained 3 times all I got back was ... Read the complete review

Although digital photography is increasing in popularity, many people still use film cameras for quick snaps of people, and also for high quality enlargements. In our household we have four 35 mm film cameras, so we've tried various processing places over the years, both in-house and mail-order. We were disappointed with the quality (and ... I was very reluctant to try BonusPrint, but figured it was very inexpensive and the reviews were good, so I decided to give it a try. Boy am I glad I did!!! The results are AMAZING! Even the photos that had warnings on them came out good. The ones without warnings came out so beautiful it was hardly believeable! I will DEFINITELY get ALL ... Read the complete review
