Boots Health Club The Boots Health Club is a great Club if you're over 60 years of age and you sign up to the Club (there is an application form at the checkout in store). All you have to do is fill out your details and select your health interests out of a list of topics such as Healthy Heart, Vitamins and Weight Loss etc. Within a few weeks, I received a letter with coupons on and a big voucher for 10% off Boots brand products.
