Asked for just a quote for a conservatory. Representative was only suppose to be here for an hour. 3 hours later we finally got rid of him!!!! Pushy as hell and now they keep calling to try and get our business. Would not touch them. Really expensive compared to others even when (we were told) they have their own builders merchants and the trade costs are passed on to the customer. NOT. To those who understand, we have a floating floor in our house. The rep. said the conservatory would have to be built up with hardcore and concrete. More expense to us and more profit to Dunraven. When asking the rep. questions about the work they would carry out and access to pipework was given so much waffle it was obvious he didn't have a clue on what the work entailed. Surely a rep. should be able to answer any questions or be able to get the right answer rather than give b******t. My advice. AVOID.
