Asked for just a quote for a conservatory. Representative was only suppose to be here for an hour. 3 hours later we finally got rid of him!!!! Pushy as hell and now they keep calling to try and get our business. Would not touch them. Really expensive compared to others even when (we were told) they have their own builders merchants ... advice to all out there DONT GO WITH DUNRAVEN FOR DOOR OR CONSERVERTARIES they are one big rip off ive just lost 2500 deposit and the woman was laughing to my wife on the other end saying we only got seven days to cancel but we cancelled after ten anyone can help me to try and get some money back the reason we cancelled was a friend of mine had conservetory with them and it caved in after a year

Dunraven came to give a quote and we initially thought it looked ok if a bit expensive compared with others. We didn't want to commit to two doors but the guy said that we could always just get one done and cancel the other. April 2010 had the 'owner' of the business come in to give us a quote ( after a very pushy sales call) we told him we couldn't afford it until our other house had sold. he told us not to worry and we could book anytime in the future as long as we paid £500 deposit NOW and gave us £8000 off our order. Recently bought 6 windows from Dunraven, sales representative offered very good advice and windows were all fitted without any problems.

Biggest mistake I ever made was allowing Dunraven windows representative into my house. More to follow.
