Advantages: Allows employers to monitor and control unauthorised absences

Disadvantages: Could have done with referring to the full employment guide at times

My brother asked me to write this review as he was really impressed with the guide.
Basically my bro, Ben, has a small hotel business, and whilst he's great at customer service and sales,
he admits he has issues keeping up with legislation changes and bookwork.

Recently he's been having staff issues - increased lateness and poor attendance rates with a couple of staff members
in particular.
