Newest Review: ... are very friendly and helpful, there is always someone in who needs help using the machines. When I go in I put my memory card into one of those developing machines and the photos load immediately. You are then given the option to print all or just some of your photos. Then you will pick the size and then you must decide whether you want your photos within 20 minutes 'fast track' or if you want to wait 2 days. I always wait 2 days for my photos as it works out twice as expensive if you want them straight away. I would also recommend waiting until your memory card is full before getting your photos developed because the more you deve... more

Since having children I have always got my camera out, everyone wants to capture those precious moments when your children are young. When I had my first son I got my first digital camera and I honestly couldn't live without it, it is fantastic to be able to see your photos before you print them off. Having lots of photos to develop I am a regular in my local Klick Photopoint. I live in a smallish town and the only places there is to get your photographs developed is Klick or Boots. The Klick in my town is only a very small shop with just a couple of staff but they are very friendly and helpful, there is always someone in who needs help using the ...  Read the complete review

I have worked and used Klick photo oint and as a company they have good and bad points. When I first started there we used to offer two services the cheaper one would be sent of to a lab up in scotland somewhere and the more expensive service is the 20 minute one most of you would know about. I would never recommend sending them away as its so difficult to track hundreds of these films going to be developed from the shops up and down the country, plus the lab they use to develop them are no where near as good as those in the shop. However just before I left we began doing all films in the shop to try and stop films getting lost and damaged plus most were now ...  Read the complete review

Klick Photopoint: Online service is RUBBISH! (143 words)

Having used Klick for a long time and considered that they were ok (not special, but convenient and ok) I used their online service for the first time a couple of weeks ago. In the 2 weeks before this we had printed over 400 holiday and family photos with them so we had spent over £100 in less than a month. Without boring you with the whole story - their online service is absolute RUBBISH. We still dont have the photos - even though they have supposedly been printed twice - noone knows where they are and it is impossible to get hold of anyone who can help us. The customer service centre asks us to call back between 8 and 6, even though we call during these hours and ...  Read the complete review

Give them a break (205 words)

To be honest i think if people could actually sit and think for a minute they would see they are also to blame. regarding comment about water damage. The shop puts packet in sealed bag, bag goes in to delivery van, bag comes out and straight into lab. most water damage comes from either dampness or water getting to the camera. I worked in the lab in the past for a number of years and you have no idea how much work is involved in the care of your photographs it may not seem like that but when at peak times 30,000 35mm films pass though the lab as well as everything else, as you can imagine problems happen. Like a neg break in the processor. Your film doesn't get ...  Read the complete review

Express Review on Klick Photopoint

Ordered 468 photos on-line December 20th and have written, phoned (but continually rang out) and e-mailed for their whereabouts. When no answer was forthcoming I phoned my credit card company and initiated a charge back (and then found out Klick debited my account for considerably more that the invoice). Suddenly, I am getting a response to my last email and then call Anne at their Customer Services as requested by her. She was ever so rude telling me I have received the photos when I haven't. I would not recommend Klick photography and if you do use them on-line then use a credit card because at least you will be able to get your money back in the likely event of your photos not being sent and then expect the follow up... appalling customer services.
