Advantages: Good quality pictures

Disadvantages: Photos can be lost if sent away

I have worked and used Klick photo oint and as a company they have good and bad points. When I first started there we used to offer two services the cheaper one would be sent of to a lab up in scotland somewhere and the more expensive service is the 20 minute one most of you would know about. I would never recommend sending them away as its so difficult to track hundreds of these films going to be developed from the shops up and down the country, plus the lab they use to develop them are no where near as good as those in the shop.

However just before I left we began doing all films in the shop to try and stop films getting lost and damaged plus most were now digital photos. This meant a quicker service for customers and most were happy with their photos. Of course though you are going to get some customers who aren't happy but most of the problems were with how people had taken the photos rather then how they were being developed, e.g people had gotten water in the film, exposed it to light, some on digital cameras said they look picxelated and we found it was because the camera they had wasnt very good.

I have used them myself and have always been happy but of course thats becuas ei know to stay away from the cheaper send away service and always make sure i pay that little bit extra as in the shop the customer is face to face with you so there always going to give a better service!

I would say use these if your willing to spend that little bit extra and pick them up the same day.
