Since having children I have always got my camera out, everyone wants to capture those precious moments when your children are young. When I had my first son I got my first digital camera and I honestly couldn't live without it, it is fantastic to be able to see your photos before you print them off. Having lots of photos to develop I am a ...  Read the complete review

I have worked and used Klick photo oint and as a company they have good and bad points. When I first started there we used to offer two services the cheaper one would be sent of to a lab up in scotland somewhere and the more expensive service is the 20 minute one most of you would know about. I would never recommend sending them away as its so ...  Read the complete review

Klick Photopoint: Online service is RUBBISH! (143 words)

Having used Klick for a long time and considered that they were ok (not special, but convenient and ok) I used their online service for the first time a couple of weeks ago. In the 2 weeks before this we had printed over 400 holiday and family photos with them so we had spent over £100 in less than a month. Without boring you with the whole ...  Read the complete review

Give them a break (205 words)

To be honest i think if people could actually sit and think for a minute they would see they are also to blame. regarding comment about water damage. The shop puts packet in sealed bag, bag goes in to delivery van, bag comes out and straight into lab. most water damage comes from either dampness or water getting to the camera. I worked in the lab ...  Read the complete review

Express Review on Klick Photopoint
by Thomas Murfin - written on 31/01/08

Ordered 468 photos on-line December 20th and have written, phoned (but continually rang out) and e-mailed for their whereabouts. When no answer was forthcoming I phoned my credit card company and initiated a charge back (and then found out Klick debited my account for considerably more that the invoice). Suddenly, I am getting a response to my last email and then call Anne at their Customer Services as requested by her. She was ever so rude telling me I have received the photos when I haven't. I would not recommend Klick photography and if you do use them on-line then use a credit card because at least you will be able to get your money back in the likely event of your photos not being sent and then expect the follow up... appalling customer services.

Absolute Rubbish. Waste of money! (79 words)

Klick recently developed two 35 mm negative films of mine. Some of the pictures were not printed at all. Those that were, almost all chopped off and were incomplete. i.e. the top, bottom, left or right of the picture was missing. I have since scanned the negatives myself and there is nothing wrong with any of the original films ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Klick Photopoint: Worst. Service. Ever. (328 words)

Having found one of those handy envelopes that companies such as Klick scatter around the country, mainly in airports and train stations, I thought it would be a good place to go to get my holiday photos developed, as it looked cheap, they offered me a free gift, and reimbursed my films! Excellent, I thought, so I sent it off with the card details ...  Read the complete review

I recently returned from a holiday in Kos and upon arriving at Manchester airport, I was greeted by a huge advert for Klick Photopoint's new mail service. I picked up an envelope, in which to post my APS films from holiday, and was pleasantly surprised at the prices! I normally use Boots when getting my films developed and this would normally ...  Read the complete review

Klick is a company I used to use a lot as they had a shop near to my home. The staff were OK and the service were OK but now I am into taking more photo's and sharing them with friends I have found a couple of problems with them that has led me to use others such as Truprint: Inflexible: I developed 8 films at once and the price per ...  Read the complete review

Premium Review Klick Photopoint: Classic cheap but "you get what you pay for" (150 words)
by - written on 21/08/02 (Somewhat useful, 159 readings)

My wife recently asked Klick to develop several sets of holiday photos for her - when returned they were of such a poor quality and some had water-mark damage that even the shop assistant commented on their "shocking" quality. This was covered by the excuse that at this busy time of year the lab just rushed prints out without checking. ...  Read the complete review

I take an awful lot of photos and nowadays use an APS camera that I was given last year. However I was loathe to use the camera due to the high cost of developing until I came across Klick Photopoint. An excellent service, my films are back within 2 days, a standard price of £4.49 per 25 exposure film no matter which APS format you've ...  Read the complete review

Klick Photopoint is one of the cheapest places on the High Street for developing photos, and their service is good too. Klick Photopoint, as their name suggests, has appeared on the high street due to a number of mergers of old photo developing companies, and as a result have quite a wide presence up and down the country. Premium Review Speedy, Useful but still seems a bit 'cheap' (281 words)

Klick Photopoint has taken over many of the smaller high-street developers that i used to know. I have been using them at home and at university purely because they were the only available place. I have always found the one-hour service extremely useful during my time at university especially because if you whine loud enough, they get it ...  Read the complete review
