Advantages: Weight loss quickly!

Disadvantages: Expensive!

I have been on the Lighter Life plan for 6 weeks now and have lost 36lbs in that time.

It is the first time in my life that i have lost that amount of weight in such a short period of time.

The plan is not easy in the slightest! It consists of milkshakes, soups and bars. You also have to drink at least 4 litres of water a day. Which in the beginning is very hard, i almost moved in to the bathroom, as i spent so much time in there!

I would recommend this plan to any one who is over 3 stone over weight and has struggled with dieting in the past, as the weight loss is very fast in the beginning, you notice results immediately. I lost 11 lbs in the first week alone!
The plan is basically a liquid diet for the first 3 days which consists of 4 food packs, after the 3rd day you can supplement a liquid food pack for a bar, which I relish!

I cannot lie it is extremly hard and have found the temptation of eating very hard to resist. I was moody and permanently annoyed with people for the first two weeks! I would love to say that passes but it doesn't! It may ease a bit but I miss food and drink a hell of a lot!

Roll on 100 days!!!! :-)

Summary: Lighter life has helped me loose 36lbs in 6 weeks!

Good luck with the diet, but you need to remember once its finished and you attain the right weight, tucking into old habits soon puts on the fat again, so to my mind a change of lifestyle rather than diets works better.
