This is great! I went on it this time last year, weighing 14.5 stone. I lost 4.5 stone in just over 3 months. BUT even better I have maintained this weight for 8 months!
The programme is using food packs instead of normal food. Like Slimfast and Cambridge etc. However, unlike those, whilst you are on the programme you are also receiving group therapy which helps you look at why you overeat (yes I really wasnt hungry all the time!) and finds ways to deal with your issues. The best things about it are the support of your group and your group leader! You commit to the programme for 100 days and in that time you WILL lose 3 stone. Thats a stone a month or thereabouts. In my group two girls lost 13lb within the first week - the average was 10 and the least was 7 - thats half a stone at least! Yes you need to commit to the programme (and your group) but whats 3 months out of your life if you are going to sort out your eating probs? I am telling everyone about how fabulous it is! Each week you go to a session with your group - you look at the reasons why you delve into the fridge and ways to deal with that. In between sessions, our group texted each other if we felt a bit wavery! In our group (max 12 and the same people throughout the 100 days) the women lost from 3 stone to 5 stone in the 100 days. Its also out there for men and they only have to do it for 50 days to lose their 3 stone as it works even quicker for them!
If you are not sure about it - check out their website and dig around on the internet. It is NOT cheap, but its still cheaper than you would be paying for your food - and you get the insight sessions thrown in for free - look at it as free counselling if you like!
