I am about to embark on my journey on Friday morning - this week! Very nervous about actually 'liking' the packs! Still I am 4st over weight, hot, sweaty, miserable etc etc.
I know how difficult it is going to be, so I have already made effort to avoid booking nights out with girls for a while. Don't really eat out and no major events looming other than Xmas 2006!!!!!! God that sounded scary - I'm 36 and need to sort my weight out NOW!

I anyone else has recently embarked or soon to embark and would like support etc just let me know.
