Advantages: Quick weight loss and health improvement
Disadvantages: Missing out on social occasions involving meals etc
Hi,
I started the LighterLife program 8 weeks ago, and to date I've lost 3st 4lb.
I've found it very easy and I love the fact that I don't have to make choices about food. As far as side effects go I've had the trots quite a bit (!!) but it's settling down now. Other than that the only other problem is that I'm rapidly running out of clothes I can wear!
Someone else said their taste in food packs changed. I've had that to some extent, but I now have a list of firm favourites that work well for me.
If any new starters want to ask some questions please feel free, I'll do my best.
Main tip: If at all possible when you start stay away from cooking - oh the smells!!
PS I took Christmas day off - Boxing day was a bit hard but I still lost weight in Christmas week.
