Well I am 9 days into Lighter life and although I'm not that physically hungry, the emotional hunger is still very much there. All I think about is food, what I want and what I can't have. Suppose thats why I'm doing the programme, to find out why I use food the way I do.
Beside this it is working, in my first week I lost 9lbs, so it definatley does what is says on the tin! So if you can stick it, its great! Fingers crossed I have the strength and willpower to keep going too.

Update:
Well I've been on the program for just over 5 weeks now, still struggle with the food packs, but definatley not as hungry anymore. The water intake is really easy now as well and find myself drinking 5 litres plus.
The best bit of it all though is I have now lost 31lbs!!!! This is amazing for me, as I have only ever lost 28lbs in the past.

So if you can tolerate the packs and the water. then its definatley worth doing it :-)

2nd Update:

Now been doing this for 65 days, it has definatley been the hardest eating plan I have ever done, but I've now lost 3 stone 1lb (43lbs). This is the most weight I have ever shed, and I must admit I feel amazing!!!

3rd Update:

Well at the end of the 14 weeks, I had lost 52lbs and 17 inches in total, which is amazing, however I was loosing weight at the end by eating small amounts of protien & not using the shakes because I gaged at the thought of them.

I've now change over to the cambridge diet, which is half the price and can be more flexible. So overall after doing this diet I wouldn't recommend it unless you have the constitution of an ox and amazing willpower. Oh and your'e rich 14 weeks adds up to £924.00!!!

Summary: effective but very very difficult and expensive

Shaaza, I go to the gym about 7 times a week already, and the exercise alone, didn't shift any weight. However doing both together is!
