Advantages: quick weight loss, not hungry, tasty foodpacks

I did the lighter life diet exactly a year ago and lost 4 stone to get to 9st 4. Your body lets you know when enough is enough and eventhough my target weight was 9stone, I was ready. I am going back on it for a month as I have been unwell since Christmas and put on a stone, but I know that with the help of my councellor and a month of abstinence I will be back at my previous weight in no time. I got rid of all my old clothes and now only have size 10 and a few 12s. So once my waistband feels a little snug, I know its time to cut back. I have not excluded anything from my diet, just kept in moderation (apart from the last few months since being ill) and enjoy my food.

I will never be able to recommend ligher life enough, as without it I would have remained in my pit of despair. It is a life changing experience, but it gets you to recognise your problems deep at the heart of it, normally stemming back to childhood.

If you have 3stone or more to lose and are relitavely healthy, then this is the diet for you. It may sound a little expensive when you hear about it initially, but when you think that your whole weeks food is in that, its not that bad.

Summary: Lighter Life. This is a perfect diet for someone who has tried everything

You are not explaining what this starvation diet is, what you must do and how much it costs.

The diet obviously didn't do it for you as you are back on it.

Starvation diets are dangerous and should not be advocated as a good thing to loose weight.

Try healthy eating and exercise to lose the excess weight. It's healthier AND costs you less.
