Advantages: very quick weight loss without feeling starving hungry

Starting lighter life has been the best decision i have ever made in my life!!! I started the plan at the end of aug 2008 and i have lost just over 7 stone and i feel amazing!! Yes it can be boring at times and on occassions you can feel a bit tired or cold but on the whole you feel fantastic! I was verging on a size 24 and now im heading towards a size 12 which is the best feeling in the world! Im in development now and i still want to lose about another 3 stone but i know that i can do it! I was cynicle to start with but now i know that its changed my life in so many ways and i recommend it to anyone who has a serious amount of weight to lose! live life now and forever with lighter life today!

Summary: Dont listen to bad comments...talk to someone whos positive and try it for yourself!!!

you shouldn't worry about the cost, you will probably SAVE money, I know I did. When I added up all the money I spent on food for the home, plus take-aways, meals out, sweets and snacks from the petrol station etc - I was horrified to find I was spending nearly £100 a week! LighterLife is cheap in comparison - remember you don't have to buy ANY food when you're on the programme!
