Anyone else put on weight? (Lighter Life)

Advantages: Lost weight week one. Disadvantages: gained weight week two I started the lighterlife diet last week and lost 6 lb, a good beginning and I thought I was going to do really well. Then this week after following the programme, drinking my 2 litres of water and taking my four meal packs I put on 1lb. I have no idea what I could have done wrong, the only thing different to last week is taking pain killers for a trapped nerve in my back, I even read the contents on the label to make sure there weren't any carbs in them. I have kept up the amount of walking I have done even with the bad back, infact because I have had problems sitting for any length of time I have probably walked further. Anyone else gained weight, on 3500 calories a week I just dont know how it has happened. Anyone got any idea where I am going wrong. My councillor just said, never mind perhaps you will have a good loss next week. I bought this weeks packs, but if I dont have a good weight loss I am going to pack it in. I can think of a lot of cheaper ways to gain weight. Summary: Where have I gone wrong? |
