just finished the diet after doing it for 7 weeks and lost just over 3 stone was 16 stone 2 pounds 29th sept now 12 stone 10 pounds 19th november im 5 foot 10 inches and used to be size 20 now im size 14 and slim it has giving me the confidence in myself and it feels great so stick with it the results tell it all, good luck will check with ye soon
regards limerick person ireland when you finish the diet you have to watch what you eat dont indulge in lots of carb foods and eat pleanty of white fish and chicken and only eat red meat twice a week to maintain your weight
