I have been on the Lipotrim programme for three months now and have lost 2 stone. I have to admit to cheating a bit especially over Christmas and since that have found it hard to get back into being totally focussed.
Having tried all other weight loss programmes and every slimming club known to man (and women) this is the only programme which has got my weight moving. I am only 5ft tall and weighed in at 12st 2lb at the start. Am now down to 10 stone and looking forward to coming off the programme in the next few weeks. It has also given my confidence a huge boost.
