Advantages: Quick weight loss Less washing up

Disadvantages: Not much variety

Hi everyone,I would recommend this diet to anyone. Been on the diet now for 6 days, cannot say that I have had any problems no headach's, or constipation I am finding it hard to drop off to sleep, which is unusual but I do drink at least 8 pints of water per day. I know quite a few people that have had great results, and as I work for a Pharmacist I was able to check it out first. As Iam 55 this year I thought its time to do something serious and as Im only 5` 3 and 14 stone well say no more. I did weigh myself after three days and could not believe 10lbs off (hope my scales are right) I am going to see my consultant on Monday for my official weigh in and I think I will get some of the bars and the chicken soup as well as the drinks to add a bit of variety. But I think it is worth the committment that this diet needs, it is certainly not for the faint hearted, and if I have the willpower that I think I have my social live will not suffer.

Summary: Weight loss which brings good health, more confident, feel younger.

I've not heard of this diet before, is there a 'regulated' plan for it like WW or is it a please yourself one like Slimfast?

Doesn't really tell me a thing about the diet at all. Sorry. I am 54 years old and found the best way to trim down is to go low cholesterol. Works wonders, and I still allow myself treats that are non damaging.
