Advantages: I am no longer worried about portion sizes and am not constantly worried about the calories etc

Disadvantages: THE CRAVING'S AND HEADACHES ARE TERRIBLE!!!

I began Lipotrim last thursday and have been on it now for 6 days. I was on this sort of diet last year and lost 10lbs in the first week but found it hard to adjust myself to such a gruelling regime and came off it in 2 weeks!! Feeling really dissapointed with myself i decided to give it another try and went on lipotrim. It is cheaper than last time and pretty much the same. I have only been drinking the chocolate milkshake as the other flavours do not take my fancy. I returned to my doctor today for a weigh in and found i have lost 9lbs in this week which is great although i did admit to having three cheat meals throughout the week.
I had better stick to it properly now as i need to shed this weight asap and it is not doing me any good cheating on it as next time i stick to it for a full day i get the terrible headaches again! Also i drink roughly 4 litres of water a day too which is some kind of a help for the hunger pangs.
I advise all those who are thinking of beginning it to really asses whether they can begin something like this as it is extremely difficult but eventually worthwhile.
